LEMON

Our Lemon Juice Concentrate contains approximately 6% acid. It has different applications for drinks, and medicine. Obtained by evaporation of juice from citrus fruits. It does not contain sweeteners or additives

NFC Lemon juice is obtained from citrus fruits. Does not contain sweeteners or additives. Pasteurized and refrigerated product.

lemon puree

Different types of lemon puree. Each type will depend on the number of times it has been concentrated. It is made with the albedo, flavedo and endocarp of our own lemon.

  • Brix 7.0 – 9.0
  • Acidity (%ACA) 4.5 – 6.0
  • pH 4.0

cascaradelimon

Comes from the flavoured part of the lemon. The coloured part is taken away while leaving the white and bitter portion known as pith behind. An oven or dehydrator can also be used to dry the peels

This product is extracted from  lemon peel. It is a totally natural product and we have different concentrates available..

This is a frozen product that after extracting the pulp from the lemon juice, is frozen in order to preserve all its attributes. Ideal for ice cream, bakery, and drinks.
